Emily’s gig at Brisbane Unplugged Gigs (The BUg) tomorrow night has been cancelled due to new Covid restrictions.  We will let you know as soon as a new date has been confirmed.

Emily has just posted a new blog about recording the vocals for her seventh album.  She is recording it with Christian at their home ‘Shaktu’ in the Obi Obi valley, Australia.  To eliminate the noises of all the birds in the bush (over 70 species in the valley), they have built a very DIY recording booth in their living room.  You can see a video of it in Emily’s Facebook Community Group.

To celebrate World Bipolar Day, we’ve just released a new video of Emily talking about her own experience of being bipolar and performing her new song ‘Stay’ in her studio at Shaktu.  You can watch it here.  Emily has posted the lyrics of ‘Stay’ on her blog.

Emily has started her own community group on Facebook to share her songs, poems, videos and her blogs about her music and life in the Obi Obi valley.  You can join the group here.
